1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing rossanita.com or purchasing, accessing, or participating in any product, membership, program, content, or service offered by Rossanita LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service.

“Rossanita,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Rossanita LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website, purchase our products, join our membership, or participate in our programs.

2. About Rossanita

Rossanita is a digital meditation and personal development company created by Rossana Tello.

Rossanita currently offers:

The Sacred Alignment Meditations — A digital collection of original guided meditation audio recordings created and voiced by Rossana Tello.

Rossana’s Circle — A recurring online membership that may include weekly live virtual gatherings, guided practices, teaching, reflection, questions and answers, recorded content, and community participation.

Spirit Revival Mentorship — An application-only virtual mentorship program that may include live sessions, educational materials, guided reflection, personal exercises, group participation, and direct guidance from Rossana.

The specific content, schedule, price, billing interval, access period, and other material details of each offering are provided on the applicable sales, checkout, application, or enrollment page.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in Rossanita offerings.

By using our website or offerings, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

4. Product and Program Information

We make reasonable efforts to describe each offering accurately.

Schedules, content, features, delivery methods, instructors, and included materials may be updated when reasonably necessary. Any material terms that apply to a purchase will be disclosed before checkout or enrollment.

We may modify, pause, replace, or discontinue an offering. We will not intentionally remove access already promised to an existing customer unless reasonably necessary because of legal, technical, safety, payment, conduct, or operational circumstances.

5. Digital Delivery and Account Access

Digital content is delivered through the method described at checkout or in the customer’s purchase email.

Access may be provided through email, downloadable files, a website, a secure member area, a third-party platform, or the Rossanita app when available.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate contact and payment information
• Maintaining access to the email address connected to your purchase
• Using a compatible device and internet connection
• Keeping login credentials private
• Promptly notifying us of unauthorized account use
• Contacting us if you experience a delivery or access problem

Account access and purchased content are intended for the original purchaser only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

6. Payments

All prices are listed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you authorize the charges disclosed at checkout or enrollment.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, bank fees, currency conversion fees, or payment-provider charges not collected directly by Rossanita.

Failed, disputed, reversed, fraudulent, or overdue payments may result in suspended or terminated access. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at hello@rossanita.com so we can review it.

7. Recurring Billing for Rossana’s Circle

Rossana’s Circle may be offered as a monthly, quarterly, annual, or other recurring subscription.

The price, billing interval, renewal terms, and included access will be displayed before purchase.

By joining Rossana’s Circle, you authorize Rossanita and its payment processor to automatically charge your selected payment method at each renewal until you cancel.

You may cancel at any time through an available account-management option or by emailing hello@rossanita.com.

Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. Unless a refund applies under our Refund Policy, your access continues through the end of the billing period already paid for.

For example, if you cancel during your third monthly billing period:

• Your third-month payment is not refunded
• You retain access through the end of the third month
• You will not be charged for the fourth month

We may change the subscription price by providing reasonable advance notice. A price change will apply only to a future renewal and will not apply retroactively to a completed billing period.

8. Spirit Revival Mentorship

Spirit Revival Mentorship is an application-only program. Enrollment requires review and approval by Rossana.

The program may be sold through:

• A single payment
• A payment plan
• A cohort-based enrollment
• A private enrollment agreement

A payment plan divides the total program price into installments. It is not a month-to-month subscription that may be canceled after each installment.

Unless a signed agreement or enrollment page clearly states otherwise, remaining installments continue to be due after the applicable three-day refund period has ended.

Participants are responsible for attending scheduled sessions and choosing whether to complete program materials or exercises. Missed sessions, incomplete participation, scheduling conflicts, or a decision not to continue do not automatically qualify for a refund, credit, or replacement session.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

The Sacred Alignment Meditations, Rossana’s Circle, and Spirit Revival Mentorship have different refund terms because they are delivered differently.

If a sales page, checkout page, or signed mentorship agreement contains more specific refund terms, those terms will control for that purchase if they were clearly disclosed before payment.

10. Limited Personal-Use License

When you purchase or receive access to Rossanita content, Rossanita grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that content for your own personal purposes.

You may not:

• Copy or redistribute content to another person
• Upload content to a public or shared platform
• Sell, sublicense, relicense, or commercially exploit content
• Share account credentials or access links
• Use Rossanita content to create a competing product or service
• Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices
• Record or distribute private sessions without written permission

If a refund is issued for The Sacred Alignment Meditations, you may keep and continue using the specific recordings already delivered or downloaded for your personal use. Your hosted account or platform access may be removed, and you will not receive:

• Future meditation releases
• New recordings later added to the collection
• Future bonuses or expanded content
• Future updates
• Automatic access through the Rossanita app

The recordings may not be shared, copied for another person, resold, sublicensed, relicensed, uploaded publicly, or otherwise distributed.

A refund for Rossana’s Circle or Spirit Revival Mentorship does not provide continued access to membership areas, live sessions, future sessions, program materials, recordings, or future content.

11. Intellectual Property

All Rossanita content is owned by Rossanita LLC or used with permission.

This includes audio recordings, music, written materials, videos, graphics, photographs, logos, program materials, exercises, website copy, and branding.

No ownership rights are transferred through a purchase, membership, or program enrollment.

“Rossanita,” “The Sacred Alignment Meditations,” “Rossana’s Circle,” and “Spirit Revival Mentorship” may be protected names or branding of Rossanita LLC.

12. Live Sessions, Community Spaces, and Privacy

When participating in Rossana’s Circle, Spirit Revival Mentorship, or another interactive Rossanita space, you agree to communicate respectfully and protect the privacy of other participants.

You may not:

• Harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against another participant
• Record or distribute a session or private conversation without permission
• Share another participant’s personal information or story outside the program
• Promote unrelated products or services without approval
• Disrupt sessions or misuse community access
• Engage in unlawful or harmful conduct

Rossanita may remove a participant or terminate access for serious or repeated violations. Refund eligibility following removal will depend on the circumstances, the Refund Policy, and applicable law.

Group spaces involve other participants. Although participants are required to respect privacy, Rossanita cannot guarantee that another participant will keep information confidential. Share only what you are comfortable sharing in a group setting.

If a live session will be recorded, Rossanita will provide notice before recording begins.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of:

• Nonpayment or reversed payment
• Fraud or suspected fraud
• Sharing or reselling access
• Intellectual property infringement
• Serious or repeated conduct violations
• Security concerns
• Unlawful use
• A legal or regulatory requirement

Termination does not eliminate payment obligations that arose before termination, including valid remaining installments under a mentorship payment plan.

14. No Professional Relationship

Purchasing or participating in a Rossanita offering does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, attorney-client, financial-adviser, fiduciary, or other licensed professional relationship.

Rossanita’s offerings are provided for meditation, reflection, education, community participation, and personal development.

15. Third-Party Services

Rossanita may use third-party services for payment processing, email delivery, video calls, account access, file hosting, analytics, advertising, and other business functions.

Your use of those services may also be subject to their separate terms and privacy policies.

Rossanita is not responsible for interruptions or failures caused solely by third-party providers outside our reasonable control.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and offerings are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific personal outcomes, or that every offering will be suitable for every person.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rossanita LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or offerings.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, Rossanita’s total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the offering giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in this section removes any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

19. Severability, Waiver, and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

A failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

These Terms, together with the Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and any applicable checkout terms or signed enrollment agreement, form the agreement between you and Rossanita concerning the relevant offering.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
