Sacred Valley of the Incas, Peru
Come back into alignment.
Guided meditation with Rossana Tello, Rossanita to most people who know her. Recorded at home in the Sacred Valley of Peru.
Not to become someone new. To return to yourself.
A few minutes for yourself
Rossanita makes guided meditations for the first moments of the morning and the last ones before sleep. Her voice, music from the Valley, and time to settle into your own company.
Our founder
Meet Rossanita.
Born in Peru, raised in New York, home again in the Andes.
Rossana Tello's family lines run through both the Andes and the Amazon. Until she was nine she was raised by her Quechua grandmother, in the old ways. Then came New York, and years of the go, go, go that most of us know.
In her twenties she left New York and returned to Peru. In the thirteen years since, she has learned from elders in the Amazon and the Andes. Today she lives and records in Huycho, near Urubamba in the Sacred Valley, where people travel from around the world for her retreats.
She created Rossanita to bring her voice and the sound of the Valley to anyone, anywhere.
I still listen every night. If these meditations didn't work for me, I wouldn't offer them to you.
The meditations
A quieter beginning. A gentler end.
The Sacred Alignment Meditations
Rossanita guides each recording herself, accompanied by musicians from the Sacred Valley. Listen at home, on your travels, or wherever you have a little time to yourself.
The Night Alignment
Seven guided meditations, one a night, to listen to as the day comes to a close. Find a comfortable place to lie down and let Rossanita guide you from there.
The Morning Alignment
Inti, Rise with the Sun. A few minutes with Rossanita before you turn your attention to the day ahead.
Our home
Made here, in the Sacred Valley.
In the high Andes, the mountains have names. Sound, silence, and a relationship with the Earth are still part of daily life here.
Rossanita records with musicians of the Valley: panpipes, quena flute, charango, hide drums, seed rattles, and handpan, alongside her voice and the sounds of the Valley itself.

What we believe
Meditation should feel human.
It should support your life rather than become one more task on the list. Arrive with a busy mind. Lie down if sitting up straight is uncomfortable. If you miss a week, begin again the next night. There is nothing to make up.
Rossanita is built on one idea: the more often you make space to return to yourself, the sooner you notice when you've drifted.
Stay in touch
